Do you ship internationally?

We ship our products to the following countries : 

Asia Pacific: Australia, New Zealand.

North America: United States, Mexico, Canada.

Europe: United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Spain, Luxembourg, Sweden, Switzerland.

 

From which location do your products ship?

Our products are shipped from different fulfillment centers, depending on your location. Most orders are fulfilled from the EU, US, or the UK to ensure fast delivery.

How long does production take before shipping?

Each item is produced individually after your order is placed. Production usually takes 2–6 business days before shipping.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Orders are shipped from fulfillment centers closest to your location whenever possible.

For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional customs fees apply.

For orders shipped to countries outside the EU (such as Switzerland, Australia, or New Zealand), customs duties or import taxes may occasionally apply depending on local regulations. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations for further information.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

Lost, stolen, or missing parcels

If your tracking link shows the order as delivered but you haven’t received anything, please:

  1. Visit your local post office, as your parcel may be stored there if delivery wasn’t possible.
  2. Check with your neighbors, in case someone accepted it on your behalf.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        If your parcel was lost, stolen, or arrived damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are marked as delivered.
Will I receive a tracking number once my order is shipped?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

This allows you to follow your package every step of the way.
